1. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at: info@ecoethicwear.com.

  • Return Shipping: Costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us before our 8:00 PM (EST) cutoff time.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is complete. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Logistics & Responsibility

We ship from our international fulfillment centers to provide you with the best prices. We are not responsible for delays or damage occurring during return shipping; we recommend using a trackable postal service.
