How can I contact Eco ethic wear?

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently only offer shipping within the United States to ensure the best possible service for our domestic customers.

Where are the products shipped from?

We ship from our international fulfillment centers. This allows us to provide you with the best prices while maintaining our standards for style and ethics.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may no longer be possible. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 7–10 business days. Most orders arrive within this timeframe; however, delays may occur due to high demand or courier issues.

What if I do not receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 35 days from the shipping date:

  • You may be eligible for a full refund.
  • A discount code may be offered as compensation for delayed deliveries.
  • If a package is confirmed lost, a refund will be issued.

How can I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email info@ecoethicwear.com. Return requests must be approved before items are sent back. Defective or incorrect items must be returned before a refund or replacement can be processed.

What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Contact us immediately with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief description. We will prioritize your request and offer a refund or a replacement item upon approval.
